I'm making a game featuring a ninja with 3 main poses.

- I need you to redesign the ninja to have its unique design without too much face details.
- I want you to draw the three poses attached.
- The ninja in the game can be used in any 2d rotation angle; thats why less shadows are better.
- Clothing details are the one to make unique and the perfection of the pose
- All the drawings should be submitted in vector graphics format (ai or svg are preferable).

The winner will be the first to be hired in case I need more poses later.

Just a brief description about each pose:

First Pose is the shows the ninja while jumping performing a somersault like this guy http://lloydi.com/travel-writing/barcelona/images/somersault.jpg but with the sword with him to cut opponenets. similarly see this http://www.slapapp.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/NinJump5.jpg

Second Pose is showing the ninja fly kicking.

Third pose shows the ninja jumping straight to the opponent with the sword to cut him

  So, as long as the action is the same, the poses can be modified?
  
  So, the pose 2 can be any sort of ninja jump kick, as long as it fits or its purpose. Is that right?

Is it acceptable the images to be on high resolution bitmap with transparent background? Or PSD format?
