Contest Brief

I have a book company, but I also enjoy the macabre and darker things in life. the last 6 logo designers failed to grasp the idea/ philosophy of my company. so I open it up to the freelancers.

The logo should say "Drake's Books in ]some type of old English script and include a "drake" or a baby dragon in it as well. I would prefer it to be tough, kick ass and something everyone will say is neat. I like tattoo-style art work that embodies my company. please don't forget that I sell books, as you may want o include this in the design. Please remember that a lot of people will see this so nothing too offensive.

Hi!

I saw later that you've chosen me winner of the contest because of the time difference. Right now I'm at work, but tonight when I get back, I will organized in a folder, all pictures formats (Photoshop compatible) for that logo.

Not saying to plagiarize by any means, I was just merely highlighting those two as being the two elements I liked the most, I fully expect variations and not exact replica's I am sorry if my wording sounded presumptuous. Just trying to narrow it down for some..

  At the moment, it's just the dragon. Created 100% from scratch, I went for a baby dragon reading a book. If you'd like a more fearsome dragon, that's no problem. Like I said, it's only the dragon for now. If you like this, I can go on and make it into a complete logo.
