Re-design/update a logo for a physical therapy practice

I would like a redesign/update of the logo for my physical therapy practice. The practice is known for doing a lot of hands-on therapy, so the current logo (attached) suggests two hands massaging a muscle. Also, the angle of the muscle and the right arm are supposed to suggest an uppercase "A" since the name of the practice begins with the letter A, but most people do not see the "A" in the current design.

I would like a design that updates the "hands-on" theme of the current logo, though I would also welcome designs that integrate some element or elements that suggest exercise and/or movement. Any update should make the "A" effect a little bit more apparent, so that more people can see it. Also, it should be a transparent logo (ie, no background color). And, I'd prefer a logo where the practice name is to the side of the logo (instead of below the logo, as it is now). I am not committed to the current color scheme, or the current font. The winning designer will create a vector logo, and I need files in each of these formats: ai, .png, .jpg, .svg, .pdf formats. Thanks.
