Title of company "Texas Elite" still needs to be included in logo

I need this old logo redone in vector format with several changes.

1) It needs to look similar to original as much as possible.
2) "Air conditioning & Heating" need to be bigger and easier to read
3) Again Title of company "Texas Elite" still needs to be included in logo

Please stick with same look but make it look better in layout and text size.

I will need the psd with layers with the final formats.
