Project Overview: I have a hand-drawn pen sketch of a fictional shopping centre called "Caristan Shopping Centre" that I need redrawn in a clean, professional style. The original is a sectional cutaway drawing — it shows both the exterior building shell and the interior spaces simultaneously, including elements that would not be visible from a single external viewpoint. The artist must interpret interior layout based on the lines and labels in my reference sketch. Key Architectural & Interior Elements to Include: Three towers in this order from left to right: Tower 2, Tower 1, Tower 3. Tower 2 (left tower): The word "Indian". Tower 1 (centre): The main atrium and fountain area; the ground-floor dotted sign reads "Caristan Shopping Centre"; "Tower 1" appears at the lower section. Tower 3 (right tower): Includes a lift near the door of Tower 3. Turntable Carpark: Included in the building with a 2m vehicle clearance marked, use smart signs and not big words. At the front of Tower 1, some spotlights can be seen. Fountains flowing downs several steps on each side of long glass that is set back from walls of the adjacent tower. Two long escalators going beside the carpark with gaps, with two potted plants. Make the 2m become 2.0m and signs project outwards to "cut" through the visual clutter of the street, offering high visibility for both pedestrians and passing motorists approaching from either direction. Carpark guide signs for floors 2 through 6. Glass surfaces are indicated in the original by short diagonal lines — please render these as glass/panelled surfaces. Stick figures visible on balconies and walkways to show scale. Escalators at various locations throughout the building, including one very long and one very short one. Enclosed lifts on each side of the atrium, suspended by pulley systems. Dreamlike fountain in the centre of the atrium — water sprays very high. Revolving restaurant at the top: "Western Bestern" — accessible by stairs from below. At the bottom of these stairs, place "Swensen's". Ground floor arrow on the left side (Tower 2) pointing upward must read: "To roof". The shops are important, but they are not the only focus. The building is really held together by: escalators balconies lift shafts atrium voids fountain/stage centrepiece carpark access roof/upper route signage and tenant identity The mall is organised around shared public space, and the towers, shops, restaurant, and carpark all attach to that shared core. Style Notes: The original is a pen sketch with hand-drawn character. I am open to either: A cleaned-up digital line-art version that preserves the sketch-like charm, or A fully rendered architectural illustration (flat vector or detailed digital paint) that elevates the concept while keeping all listed elements. The drawing is not a standard exterior elevation — it reveals interior floors, escalators, lifts, and the revolving restaurant that would be hidden in a real building. The artist must respect the spatial logic suggested by the original lines rather than forcing a photorealistic exterior view. Please maintain the playful, slightly whimsical scale (e.g., the oversized fountain, the pulley-suspended lifts). Measuring whether the layout succeeds The redesigned version succeeds if it preserves these things: The long escalator must feel enormous. The atrium must remain the heart of the mall. The fountain must stay theatrical and central. The shop names must remain legible. The carpark must be clearly operational, not decorative. The Western Bestern restaurant must feel suspended or elevated. The three-tower structure must still be readable. The building must feel like a mall that can be explored, not just a flat illustration. Best design direction I would describe the final design as: A handover-style architectural fantasy elevation of Caristan Shopping Centre, showing a three-tower mall cut open to reveal its common atrium, tenant stacks, carpark, lift cores, exaggerated escalator system, suspended revolving restaurant, glass panels, balconies, and operational signage. The drawing should preserve the childlike spatial logic while translating it into a believable architectural presentation.

How I would convert this into a commissioned architectural study Do not redraw it as a clean mall immediately. First, I would create a design interpretation sheet. Establish the building zones Use five main zones: Tower 2 / Left vertical circulation Long escalator, “Indian” shop/area, café, To Roof arrow, carpark connection. Tower 1 / Central public atrium Main fountain, “Caristan Shopping Centre” sign, Kid’s Room, Drink Bar, Pet Shop, Cold Storage, ground-floor entrance. How the scale drawing would be handled The original should not be forced into perfect realism. It should be translated into a controlled architectural fantasy. A scale drawing could use: Elevation layer Shows the three towers and the big mall façade. Section layer Cuts through the central atrium so the fountain, balconies, and shops are visible. Circulation layer Shows escalators, lift, stair, carpark access, roof route. Tenant/signage layer Keeps all shop names readable and positioned according to the original logic. Management layer Marks which spaces are public, tenant-controlled, service, carpark, and circulation.

The style I want is more similar to my drawing, one of the earlier vertical malls, the details drawn are to show what the brands are, like bread for BreadTalk and wine glasses for the drink bar. I want futuristic but hand-sketched Singapore feel. I already tried and AI can't do the job.
