Motion Designer / Animator Needed We are looking for a motion designer to refine and animate an existing AI-generated character concept for use in a browser-based enterprise software platform as shown in the picture attached. The character represents Organizational Intelligence and will appear while the system is processing a user's question. The audience includes executives and senior leaders, so the final design should feel polished, intelligent, modern, and professional rather than cartoonish. We would like the designer to: Enhance the overall look and personality of the existing character Professionally refine/recreate the artwork with meaningful human design input Create a subtle seamless “thinking” animation using gentle hovering, slight rotational movement, pulsing light, and flowing energy effects or something that you think works creatively. Keep the animation restrained and premium Provide a transparent-background web-ready animation, preferably Lottie JSON or transparent WebM Provide the final static PNG and all editable/source files Assign full commercial rights and copyright ownership of the newly created/refined artwork and animation to us The animation should be lightweight and suitable for embedding directly into an HTML/CSS/JavaScript web application. The goal is to create a distinctive visual character that can become a long-term brand asset and recognizable symbol for our platform.
