Contest Brief

I am looking for a skilled professional who can help me remodel and add an addition to my property along with curb appeal. The current size of the property is between 1000-2000 sq ft, and my primary aim is to increase living space, to around(3,500 to 4,000 sqft) For this, I want to add a second floor and make the main level bigger., ( push more into backyard)
I need a master bedroom with big closet, & bathroom. 5 additional bedrooms, a garage, backyard full court basketball, sand volley ball area, fire pit sitting area, kids play area, Inside home a movie room and living room , dinning room, nice open kitchen, fireplace, a bar, skylights (simple skylights) I will upload inside pictures along with some measurements.

Added amenities and ideas are a plus , please be creative
I will need interior layout & design ( tile, paint color, lights, etc...)
I will need exterior design
I will need framing plan to scale (once awarded prize)
I will need Floor plan to scale

You don't add any essential details to your contest like, existing site plan, or floor plans, or atleast some measurements with photos and sketch, then you will never get good results. how am i supposed to work without any information about the project. google location is very very approximate, and often completely wrong.
