Contest Brief

I have a reservation system.

I need a design for 3 page
2 of the page totally similar. Just pending and confirmed text is different.
You can find the pictures from my work. From the pictures you can see the fields i need.

width will be 950 pix and
Maximum height 500 pix for the confirmed and pending page.

Specially pending and confirmed part you can think as voucher.

For the winner i will ask the design as html.
I prefere the works with clear color, light colour backgrounds. because we will convert to pdf also.

I Can accept only html also.
