Are you looking to a Good Measures site as seen in the PSD's or a KMeasures Site like in the word doc. Or possibly a third site?

Hi, just gone through the doc file and design looks cool for basic, I have following questions ,please give some light to understand clearly.

Q1 -> Current Design for smaller mobile devices may fail badly, So changes shall be done considering performance of such devices. Need your opininon..!!

Q2 -> Is it possible to use JQuery Std Lib instead of jqPlot.js ,may face performance issues with small devices.

Q3 -> Which kind of Devices we are targeting ?

    Thanks..

Q1, Q3: - I am okay with suggestions. Targeting Tablets and Apple/Android devices. i am okay to increase budget and pay to make it work for smaller devices. The idea is to choose a design team who is smart and can deliver :)

Q2: Open to suggestions. i like the jqPlot charts though. How will you do charting with jQuery? Anything that looks sleek is acceptable.
