Dear Duane Julian,
Things to be needed for design,
1.site layout(google map location).
2.contour details that help to make good design(due to river).
3.do u allow to change the interior layout of the plan(what you attached)
suggestions:if you go for metal fabricated why can't you try shipping container buildings.that will reduce the total buget of your estimation.

  I can provide you the google map coordinates although the actual building envelop has ground elevation differences of approximately 4 feet and we intend to construct on a stem wall with concrete slab. The interior floor plan must remain essentially unchanged. The decision to construct a metal building has already been made. The primary focus of the contest at hand will be to design the most attractive front and right side elevation as possible as this will be highly visible from the front street. I intend to post another concept with a simple split gable and rounded metal canopy over the front three windows shortly as another suggestion. Thanks and feel free to contact me anytime. Duane
