Contest Brief

10 MVP Features of android app
1. Import contacts (Excel + manual) and phone book(with groups)
2. Upload MP3 or direct Record voice note
3. Create & launch a broadcast campaign from imported contacts or existing groups in phone book
4. Schedule broadcast
SCHEDULE BROADCAST
Scheduling & Automation all at specific time and day: Allows scheduling campaigns to launch at specific times and specific days e.g campaing x will be start on monday 13 june 2026 at 8am, campaing y will be start on wednessdat 16 june 2026 at 8am
TIME SCHEDULED
Start calling when time: is 7am
Stop calling when time is 6pm
Auto continue calling the remaining phone numbers on list at 7am next day if yesterday calls were not completed at 6pm
Note: I have to select my self the start calling time and stop calling time
DAY SCHEDULED
Call start from Monday to Saturday...Donot call on Sunday
Auto continue calling the remaining phone numbers on list monday if last calls were made on saturaday at 6pm( because we donot call on Sunday)
Note: I have to select my self the start calling day and stop calling day
5. Auto-retry unanswered calls after completing all the call on the list...set number of auto-retry before stopping
6. Auto-send SMS if phone is not picked up
7. Summary report and + Export to Excel (report features are calling success rate per campaign, show phone numbers that picked and not picked, auto-sms sent to, calls that hanged up the call before the calling time ended, phone numbers that pressed 1 to order, etc)
8. AUTO PLAY THE RECORDED AUDIO IF SOMEONE CALL THE PHONE NUMBER
In case , the someone calls the phone number that is used on robot call, the app should auto answer his call and play the recorded audio.
9_PRESS X BUTTON TO GET AN ACTION OR OPTIONAL INTERACTION/INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (IVR)
Allow your consumers to interact by pressing keys to respond to surveys, confirmations, or get information related to an account.
Add interactive menus allowing recipients to respond by pressing keys. This allows feedback, confirmation, and surveys as well.

Time interval should be changeable by app user

Hi, I’ve reviewed the project. I can build this using Python (Kivy) for the Android app with core features like contact import, campaign creation, basic scheduling, voice message playback, SMS sending, and simple reporting.

Before starting, I just need a few quick clarifications:

1. Should we focus only on an MVP (basic working version) due to budget?
2. Do you already have SMS/calling API access or should I use a simple provider?
3. Which 2–3 features are the highest priority for you in phase 1?
