Contest Brief

We are looking for a logo, isologo, and logomark for our platform, SALSA. Our slogan is: "Sexual Health Online." The platform offers comprehensive sexual health services. The name "SALSA" references the initials of "sexual health" in several languages, as well as the energy and diversity associated with a Latina trans woman and the salsa dance. Additionally, it symbolizes a blend of audiences (users and patients) and medical services (STIs, hormones, etc.).
SALSA is an inclusive and confidential digital platform focused on the needs of the LGBTIQ+ community and other vulnerable groups, offering medical consultations, personalized information, and follow-up care in a safe and private environment.
The design should reflect our values: inclusion, empathy, diversity, privacy, and accessibility. We want to convey trust, professionalism, and warmth while maintaining a modern and innovative image. We are looking for a minimalist and friendly design, with colors that can represent diversity, and abstract shapes suggesting connection, care, and unity. This may include curves that evoke the fluidity of human relationships and connections. We want to avoid direct references to medicine or salsa dancing but incorporate an idea of blending that symbolizes both the diversity of services and audiences.
The logo should work in three formats (logotype, isologo, and logomark) and adapt well to our website, social media, and promotional materials. We seek a logo that is inclusive and accessible, representing a trustworthy and empathetic platform where everyone can access sexual health as a right.
