Contest Brief

I need a logo for my new website, TollFreeHero.com. I offer toll free numbers. I just want a simple cartoon of a hero with a cape. A "TF" on his chest, or "18". No color preference, nothing pink or black. Could try something bold. If in doubt, just use blue and green or blue and yellow. Also if he can be holding a cellphone in a power pose, that would be perfect. I would like the psd to if possible. Sorry the budget is low.

No text is required, just the character. Can be black and white if more complicated.
