I am looking for a modern living interior design to enhance the appeal of my residential unit to increase its appeal for sale. The design should create an open, inviting space by: - Changing (update) wall colors to a modern palette. - Removal of excessive and dated wallpaper to make the space feel less narrow. - Recommending suitable window curtains that complement the overall design. The goal is to attract potential buyers by giving the unit a fresh, modern look while keeping it simple and cost-effective. The location of the unit is strategic in a town area , and I want the design to maximize its potential. For the door i preferable with green/light green or orange/light orange half diagonalized design pattern for the bed room door
