CHANGE OF PLANS...since no one understood the last assignment, which is ok!

I've attached an image below, I'm looking to have the face and hair of the little girl, created and colored like an Andy Warhol pic of Marilyn Monroe (you know, the famous pic where it's in 4 quadrants in different colors).

I'm looking for bright girly colors, but yet really simple.
