Contest Brief

I need CSS template for SmugMug customization. Layout should be like this: http://fastline.smugmug.com/?theme=FloralPink
Design should be updated and customized to our current logo that attached to this project.
Header and footer will be almost the same but with some small changes as follows:

Header menu:
- Home
- Portfolio (SmugMug Gallery)
- About (Static Info maybe with Static Photos)
- Services (Description and Price list etc)
- Clients (Clients login form)
- Contacts (Brief contact info, Map, Feedback form)
- Specials* (Should the same as a Blog, but we will post our specials events)
* Specials should be highlighted maybe with some kind of graphics elements that fit our style.

Footer:
Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Copyright, Year.

Please post basic layout and design here. If I like it you should be able to show me this layout in your Free Trial SmugMug account.
