Logo design for KMB Partners — commercial real estate investment firm We're KMB Partners, a Florida-focused commercial real estate investment firm specializing in retail and office acquisitions. We were founded by three principals with deep track records in South Florida real estate, and the name comes from their surnames. We're looking for a wordmark/logo system that signals institutional credibility to the family offices, high-net-worth investors, and brokers we work with every day. What we need Primary logo (horizontal lockup) with "KMB Partners" Secondary/stacked version for square placements Standalone monogram or icon mark using "KMB" — for favicon, social avatar, and Excel/PowerPoint corners Black, white, and reversed (knockout) versions of each Simple brand sheet: color palette with hex/RGB/CMYK values, typography, and clear-space rules Direction Restrained, confident, institutional. Think private equity or investment bank, not a residential brokerage. Clean and typographic. We'd rather have a strong wordmark than a literal icon — please avoid skyline silhouettes, house shapes, roof lines, keys, or clip-art buildings. An abstract or geometric monogram is welcome if it's sophisticated and holds up small. Palette: we lean toward a deep neutral base (navy, charcoal, or near-black) with a single restrained accent. Open to your recommendation. It must read cleanly at large scale on an offering memorandum cover and at 32px as a favicon. Where it will be used Investor decks and offering memoranda, our website, email signatures, letterhead, business cards, Excel models, and property signage. Deliverables Source files (AI or Figma), plus EPS/SVG, PNG (transparent, multiple sizes), and PDF Full commercial rights transferred to us on final payment Process Please submit 2–3 distinct initial concepts. We'll pick a direction and work with you through up to two rounds of refinement on the winner. To be considered, show us relevant work — financial services, real estate, professional services, or similar B2B brands. We care much more about portfolio quality than bid price.
