Sophisticated Portrait Retouching

I have a high-resolution TIF portrait that needs a high-quality, subtle polish while preserving its original atmosphere. The face should remain realistic: I only want the gentle removal of sensor noise and a light softening of wrinkles so the skin looks healthy and freshly shaven—nothing that feels airbrushed. Please shift the currently black eye to a tasteful blue; it must blend organically with the existing lighting. The neck may be smoothed just a touch, and I’d like the suit hinted at—only a whisper more visible—without altering the global light or contrast. On the piano, a discreet, believable reflection of the hand would enhance the composition. Darken the keys ever so slightly to evoke candlelight, and recolor the small felt strips at their ends from yellow to a deep red; everything should look like it was shot that way, not edited. I will supply the original TIF, and I need the finished image delivered in uncompressed TIFF. Minimal face retouching is key, and all color work must remain consistent across the frame. If you’re confident you can achieve a natural result with expert layer control in Photoshop (or equivalent), I’m ready to work with you.

CH, before you engage, you're going to get Many HUNDREDS of entries and most will be AI generated, 99% AI. These scammers paste your competition brief into an image generator and submit within 5 seconds. No craft, no skill, no human thought. Real hand crafted design takes genuine time and creativity, and that investment always shows in the work. This is why so many entries look nearly identical, the AI is entirely dependent on your words and has no creative ability of its own. Multiple entries submitted rapidly one after another are another clear giveaway. IF ENTRIES LOOK THE SAME AND COME IN FAST, YOU'RE LOOKING AT AI. ALSO PLEASE NOTE!!! AI-generated images carry zero copyright protection, leaving any third party free to replicate the design, which could lead to legal disputes over ownership or usage rights down the line.
