Contest Brief

What I am looking for is the first concept for a renovation of a 5 star gym facility - mock up designs of the interior. The facility is 51sq.mtr (see floor plan attached). 2 of the walls are lined with mirrors (see photo link - https://www.dropbox.com/sh/s5lsjy5h2cxs20g/uobjrMHx8L). The potential for you as a designer is that if you win the contest there may be further work for you as we refine the design and add a complete equipment list.

I want you to think luxury, private, sleek, classy, beautiful, simple. This will be open to a small amount of public (CEOs, corporate bankers, lawyers) and membership costs will be amongst the highest in the city.

I am not looking for you to insert equipment into the design. I am more interested in the lighting, wall colour and flooring etc - I am looking for a feel.

I will make it as simple as possible, I need you to at the very least the following details:

1. Flooring - please refer to the following links and include details of the product choice.

2. Paint colour - choose what ever colour you like and include the colour/brand ID

3. Lighting - you choose the style, colour of lighting and include the specifications.
