I already have the civil engineer’s structural drawing for a 14 m x 30 m footprint and now need a full architectural package that turns this shell into either four or five self-contained apartments. Both halves of the building must mirror one another, so every circulation core, wall thickness, and opening you propose should respect that strict symmetry.

Site OverviewLocation: Second floor, North side.Dimensions: Approximately $14 \times 30$ meters ($420 \text{ m}^2$).Structural Constraints: Fixed column positions per civil engineering drawings; central access point via the existing staircase.2. Within the envelope, allocate space for a shared laundry room that is easily accessible to all residents without disturbing privacy.

Because I still have flexibility on the final mix, feel free to suggest the most practical bedroom count per unit (studio to three-bed) as long as the overall fit is efficient and the mirrored concept stays intact.

Deliverables I expect:
• Scaled floor plans, elevations, and two cross-sections (PDF + original DWG/RVT)
• Basic 3D massing or a simple Revit/SketchUp model to visualise flow
• Door, window, and finish schedules
• A short design brief explaining circulation, HVAC shaft placement, and emergency egress compliance

Please build on the existing structural grid and make sure any new wall or shaft aligns with beams/columns already specified. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD, that’s perfect—just let me know which one so I can prepare matching references.
