Contest Brief

Hi I'm Chris the founder & director of an all ages Guitar Club Business from junior schools to adult classes based south of London providing Free / Professional online YouTube lessons of the best beginners songs and latest pop hits. See: www.youtube.com/theguitarclubonline

I'm looking to:

--- (A) --- Have my existing company logo revamped & modernized,

--- (B) --- Have a fresh new design based on the 'guitar head' and 'treble clef (music symbol)' concept from the original logo.

--- (C) --- Have a completely original logo design / concept, feel free to express & explore your own unique ideas.

THE CRITERIA....

► Either logo design should be instantly recognizable and tell audiences of all ages specifically that we provide "The Best, Fun, Modern Lessons". I prefer minimal design on the contrary to stacks of layers and colour frills but open to all ideas.

► The logo should be clearly legible at a range of distances from online thumbnail icons as seen in the app store to A1 sized banners in school concerts.

► Not too childish or mature / grown up.

► A clean concise design that can easily be printed onto apparel merchandise using an iron based transfers.

► The current website address should be replaced with the direct YouTube channel. variations of the web address can be used e.g. "www.youtube.com/theguitarclubonline" or youtube.com/theguitarclubonline even substituting the youtube text with their logo.

► Importantly the 3 main tag words "Fun, Modern, Affordable" should be kept prominent.

► Successful candidates will be offered further design work.

A copy of the original logo is included in this post.
