Contest Brief

I require a set of simple figures to use as characters in an e-book.

The synopsis is a male and a female character having a conversation in the office. I need them to be in various poses and with different facial expressions... talking, listening, surprised, happy, etc. Also in different poses... sitting at a desk, leaning on a table, arms folded etc.

I also need to be able to easily use only the head from some of the figures.

In the e-book, the male character is explaining office procedures/policies etc to the female character as she asks questions.

Looking for about 6 different figures for each one.

I have attached the stick figures used in my pre production, but would like something slightly more artistic, yet still simple.

Please note the prize is for a full set.

      Hi ProliSoft,

Thanks for your entry, however our team felt your characters were too much like chaicatures for our project.

      Thanks

Hello again, I have simplified the female character by removing detail. If the characters still appear elaborate, I can do more modifications. Let me know what you think.

      Thanks.

      Hi Chalice777,

Thanks for the revisions, which made our short list, however our team felt the female figure was a bit too "shapely" for our project.

      Thanks for your time.

Hello! I just submitted #10 , I wanted to say that those are still just sketches to show you the style I can make the characters in. I'd love to get your feedback on whether they're in the right direction or not and if they are I can made edits on pretty much everything - hair and clothes, and add more expressions and poses for each to make it a complete entry :)

Hi, and thanks for your entry. The drawings had a little too much detail for our purposes.

Hi, Your Tom would fit well in my project, and you are certainly in contention. Just to give you some more story, the e-books I am designing are about Tom explaining office procedures/policies etc to Lisa. She is asking questions and he is giving the answers/explanations.

      Cheers,

      Alan
