Contest Brief

I need a tshirt design to be done I have uploaded a drawing of the all blacks team which is in black and white and that is how i want the drawing, black and white. the image i want is of the other image, i want a sketch of the whole team kneeling in arms just like the image and facing up while the person in the middle is standing and has his hand clenched and lifted high in the air and is about to punch the ground, not like the image where it has the person lifting two hands, and then these words at the top, "Teu Mate Ma'a Tonga", which I want in Red and white.

I think that there are some changes that you have to make in the brief (no to make a draw) because it takes to much time and work to create a draw about the picture that you posted in the brief. It's very easy to make a posterize of a picture.
