Contest Brief

I've drawn an image on a bit of paper and I want an electronic version of it, I want it to retain the look of a hand drawn image and the colour (hex colour #00CC99) to be like it was softly coloured in with a pencil. The background should be white.

It needs to be a high resolution file in multiple formats (TIFF, GIF and JPEG) as it will be used online and off.
