  Can i first give you the home page and an inner page so you get a feel of the design and content? If you like what you see you can guarantee the contest and pick me as the winner. I will be working closely with the son of the owner of http://www.lumbiniaquaria.lk/ our countries top aquarium and he has years of experience on the subject. This way I can focus on the general theme first and if you like it everything else will be put together so much faster.      Not good enough. Contests that are not guaranteed are just as good as holders getting a large amount of work done without showing any commitment on their end towards OUR time and effort which is not even sure to be rewarded. Way too often this happens on this site, where contest holders cancel these contests and just leave with the ideas submitted. I've had plenty of excellent and unprofessional experiences on Freelancer.com to know what I'm talking about. Serious contests are always guaranteed. That is just the way it works.
