EDITED: I have an existing logo attached, I need to change its letters to become PPM and keep its text the same.

I need another logo to be prepared, it is to have the same design of this existing logo, but to change the text to become: Proficient Team Leader. And to change the letters to become: PTL. And to give this logo a different colour.
