hello timothylewis77 first i will give your site's design 70% from a goodknowledge in website designing home page : make it 2 columns and put cats in 2 rows one under events slide and another in the bottom and resize the fonts to larger ones search page : is fine but its good to make it 2 columns too under search box event page take some time to load because the facebook comments pelguin u can disable it or choose another one venue page need some effects and colors on borders finally i thing you must change your site logo and take this if you want thanks :)

The logo looks nice, but it takes too much of vertical space and "find local events online" is very small, when you resize it to the recent header height. Honestly, I don't think a new logo would solve any real issue or help to get new users.
