Very Realistic Looping 3D Flag Animation

Contest Brief

I need a VERY realistic cloth simulation - a looping flag. See attachment.

Final delivery will be:
- 1 x render of the United Kingdom flag in 4k resolution, 12 seconds loop-able, 30fps, ProRes 422.
- The 3D project file in the native program format you have used - wind dynamics editable.
- 1 x Alembic animation file export is required.

I will need to be able to change the flag texture, that's why I need the Alembic file and 3D files.

Please look at the reference. Notice the quality of the cloth simulation, the ripples, and beautiful folds.. Maybe will be done in nCloth, Marvellous Designer etc.

The flag needs to fill the screen 100% of the time, though will minimal cropping of the flag. See examples.
Send through links with the videos for judging.
Thanks and I can't wait to see some amazing cloth simulations!

H.264 is okay. I am more interested in the alembic 3D source files.
