video edit of existing video files

Contest Brief
I need someone to make some edits to some video files that I have. Here is a summary of what I need:
1. animation of my logo coming into the beginning of the video changed to reflect my new logo.
2. cutting out a number of sections in the videos that no longer apply to my future business plan and ensuring that the sections we cut out don't impact the flow of the rest of the video.
3. adding in my voice over the top of some parts of the video to change a few of the words that I'm saying
4. ensuring all the edits are done so that you can not tell its been edited
The freelancer add files button won't let me upload my video files as they are too big, so please let me know the best way to share files. to start with the video on this youtube is one of the videos that will need editing. in total there are 5 videos that need slight editing, I have attached the word document outlining specific editing requirements.
