I need a video editor who could recreate a quick 15 second video.

Requirements:
• Modern, eye catchy with music
• Deal texts to let viewers know it's a time limited deal so they have to buy quickly. For example: "HOT DEAL ALERT", "DON'T MISS IT OUT"
• Show product image and name
• Show crossed old product price and new price in big bold text
• Transitions, always animated frames, never static
• Source files required on delivery
