A redesign of the UI, I didn't follow the color scheme, but if you like the style and would prefer the same color combo, I'll redesign. I used a cool blue because, if the App users check the screen after a workout, the cool look will help in relaxing the mind. The fiery red for the "today" panel. it will encourage the users for the current day's training as red signifies action. Feedback is appreciated, Thanks! :)
