  Dear CH, as it is a guaranteed contest, you can not get back your money at any condition, so some dishonest contestants are submitting fake entries, as they know, if you don't select a winner, the prize money will be shared between all the freelancers! So i suggest you to choose at least a freelancer, Please choose the best entry from them. Something is always better than nothing! Don't let the foul freelancers to take advantage from your lacking. Take care

     Wow, new at freelancer and understanding some points now... I didn't know that!, so they are just uploading any file "just in case"? that's gross! Thanks for the info, I didn't understand such a massive uploading from Bangladesh.
