I’m putting together a wipe-clean, laminated planner that makes my daily work tasks impossible to forget. The pages need to guide me visually, so every section must pop with icons, bold colour-coding, and playful illustrations anchored around a single cartoon mascot that threads through the whole book. Here’s what I’m after: • A complete page-by-page layout ready for print and lamination, including cover, quick-reference trackers, and any clever extras you think will boost usability. I suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm so need strong visual support to help me remember steps in daily work tasks • Consistent iconography and colour palettes—each task group or priority level should be instantly recognisable at a glance. • Original cartoon character artwork integrated throughout: the mascot reacts, points, or gives reminders in context to keep the pages lively and interactive. • Final files supplied as high-resolution PDFs for print plus editable source files (Illustrator or InDesign preferred) so I can tweak details later if needed. I’ll share my rough sketches of the workflow and content once we start. Accurate print margins, bleed settings, and clear layer naming will be my acceptance criteria, along with a quick digital proof so I can check colour separation before the final export. I also want a traffic light implemented with each light a separate page meaning go yield stop. Each light lets me know where I am with the project. The mascot is a pen in blue high tops and has expressions throughout the marinated chubby book the book should be color coded and tabbed by colors. I also would like stoic quotes throughout which will be used as “reset” pages for neuro fatigue. The product must be print ready. Any whimsical mascot based on the Boy Howdy mascot or similar 1970’s style art is considered. Blank more pages also need to be within each tabbed/ color coded section ALL AI GENERATED ARTWORK WILL BE REJECTED I want a silver pen, British mod look, a Union Jack must be present AND all artwork must be original. NO AI considered. The cover must say MAGNUS the magnificent NO reference to daily planne lr should be printed in the cover. The stoplight system must be used throughout and must be maintained in a way that allows me to know where I am in the steps of daily tasks. I need a lot of “Magnus Mod pen mascots” throughout the book in various poses and with various expressions. I do not want calendars in the book but I do need Stoic quotes throughout which will be used as reset point due to neurological fatigue. The mascot needs to be expressive but based on the Boy Howdy 1970’ style artwork. The book should be appropriximately 90 pages and must be designed in a way that it is printer ready, with diecut colored tabs separating the sections, and the ability to have pages laminated so that dry erase markers can be used repeatedly within the book. The other factor is the size should be 5x7 or larger but not as big as 8x10. Horizontal or vertical and spiral bound for easy page flips. If the entires are exactly like the attached image which is for reference only they will NOT be considered. NO AI images will be considered. I need a flow chart or circle type chart of the 22 key reference points with the animated Magnus character predominantly displayed, the reference keys are Task flow cards Finnish the loop cards Prioritization tools Time management tools Error prevention through use of stoplight concepts Self check prompts Brain breaks Stoic encouragement Notes section PLAN/FOCUS/DO/COMPLETE/RESET&REST/ STOIC break Cycle cards or any visual aid focusing on this specific layout is desirable Other SELF CARE cards or maps style layout DESIGN MUST AID SOMEONE with short term memory gaps and focus gaps due to neurological damage and fatigue en Secured designs will get more consideration. CH, a timely heads up, you're going to get Many HUNDREDS of entries and most will be AI generated, 99% AI. These scammers do nothing but paste your competition details into an image generator and submit the output in seconds. No originality, no effort, no craft. Genuine hand crafted work takes real time, skill, and human creativity, and that always shows in the result. This is why entries look nearly identical across the board, AI can only reflect your words back, with no imagination at all. Multiple entries submitted one after the other are another red flag, a real designer works at a completely different pace. IF ENTRIES LOOK THE SAME, IT'S AI. ALSO PLEASE NOTE!!! AI-generated images carry zero copyright protection, leaving any third party free to replicate the design, which could lead to legal disputes over ownership or usage rights down the line.

#659 Hi, this is a complete 90-page design system, fully designed in Adobe Illustrator and ready to go. The entire document follows a consistent, polished, and professional visual system.

I’m currently working on the full 90-page design as a complete visual system — not just designing individual pages. I’m putting strong attention into the details, because I want the final result to feel polished, intentional, and truly impressive when viewed as a complete book.
