Contest Brief

Our company has developed a reputaion for designing inovative universal parts for the appliance service market.
We are about to launch what we believe will be a much better execution of a universal cooker (appliance) knob.
The knobs will be supplied in a kit.
A kit will involve 4 knob housingsand a set of adaptors to allow fittment to the appliance. (though we may develope an indivuidual pack with the winner.
In particular, each knob will have 5 adptors (perhaps 6) a "collar" and 2 contrasting indicators though these will probably not be visable.
Please see images of the knobs attached for an idea how they may fit together.
There will be 5 sizes of knob 30, 35, 40, 48 & 55mm and will be available in Black, White & Stainless steel.
The package will have to take 4 knobs all the adaptors and a decal set that will be roughly 50x50mm.
Instructions would ideally be on the package. (place holder only necessary)
As well as a section to identify size. (tick box) and company contact details.
The focus should be on the Knobs though all 4 may not need to be visible.
Our logo should be prominent but not dominant or overpowering.

Some in house concepts in attached files are more for reference rather than style guides.

Packages will likely be displayed in a hangsell or countertop display.
Colours as per our logo.
Size ideally will be the smalles possible.
Carrier will be designed by the packaging co.

Attached files - Images of product, early concepts of packaging & an e-drawing of the files (the exe file) and our logo in various orrientations & colours.
Also an mage of the "type of PVC' with the addaptos & indicatos box that is our prefered packaging material, but this is not fixed.

approx L120x B120x H40mm with the accessories under the carrier (ie a layer under the carrier).
or approx L150-160 x B120 x H25. with the accessories in the bttom 30-40mm of the carrier (all in one level) (An image of an early mock up of a carrier is uploaded.)

I think 2x2 is the best layout, however I am open to other ideas.

Please also allow for QR & Barcode in design. (Place holder only)

great contest, will take part...
What will be a great help from your side: Please arrange all material which will be sold in this packaging box together.
Eg: Put the 4 knobs, adapter and other things which are included. Place it in a way it is suppose to be, and then click pics and upload here... This will help designers to figure out the structure of the packaging box. Also, it will be a good help if you can give simple dimensions after putting all contents together..

Dimensions are usually given in this manner - LxBxH (Length, Breadth, Height in mm).
