We are building a text based message handling system and are looking for fresh ideas for web based gui designs (HTML5). It should have the look and feel of a modern email like application rather than a web site but should not be overloaded with graphics and should be very intuitive to use.

Please again check the link I gave in my entries. And mouse over on star icons, here you will see tooltip. The same can be used as popup. This tooltip is only one line of code and can be applied to any link, image, checkbox or div.

if I'm getting you right (sorry if i don't) what you need is a send email application with html5 so please see this demo which will only show you the style and some responsive feature i have the full functional version ready to be used, i programed this script from scratch :
