I need a software (any programming language is OK) to automatic scraping bet365's in-play soccer information. Once typical condition appears, which meets my preset filter condition, it will automatically put bet. The specific requirement is as following:

1. Web scraping bet365 in-play soccer game information(such as corner, shoot number). The web is flashed based, thus maybe difficult to extract text based information.
2. capable to set some preset conditon (such as ratio corner home/corner away).
3. Monitor the scraped information 24 hour, once the in-play game meets the preset condition, alert customer (message or whatever).
4. Able to put bet as preset amount if conditions meet.
