Note to all. Please have "home, hospital, office, anywhere" to the right of the person like I have done in my mockup. Then use the outer parts of the logo (removing the plus sign) to frame the text. Remove the logo from the main banner that some of you have to the right of the person, and at the bottom of the banner

Thank you all so far. I have decided to extend the contest. I like the use of circles in some peoples designs. If you have some great ideas on how to incorporate circles that would be great. I am looking for a website that slick and professional. If there is consistency throughout the page it is likely I won't like it, e.g. funny shaped buttons. Simple, uniform, professional so that it provides a clear and easily accessible message is critical. Less is best, Keep design variations in one page to a minimum.
