Contest Brief

Hello,

We are in need of a design for a company website backend portal, not the main page. The site is being coded without a CMS so please no wordpress or other CMS themes. The domain will be www.pciscanservice.com , we do not yet have a logo for the site.

Navigation should happen via a top menu bar based system (similar to freelancer). The top menu will need Billing, Helpdesk, Contact, and User Management. We need 3 options on the bottom menus, the exact text can just be placeholder text for now but will be for the main sections of our portal.

We are open to any color schemes, though in general we prefer a lighter look.

We will need all images, html, and CSS for the site as part of the winning bid.
