Contest Brief

I need to create a Website for my upcoming product named BillDueDate. I need the design and build of the Website and a Mockup for the Mobile App. This is a Reminder Application that will remind users about their upcoming bills.

Part 1 - Actual Website Design and Build(If possible with Bootstrap)
I have attached detailed requirement for the App and a Product description. The project specification is more for the developer but reading it will give you an idea of what the developer will be doing and it has all the Features.

Requirements: 5 pages
Page 1: Home page: This will be more of landing page that is not overly sensational as the target market are working adults that need a tool to manage their bill. The Homepage will have a prominent call to Action which is to signup with (Facebook, or Google or Microsoft Account). The home page will highlight the important features of the service which are that
1. It is both a web & mobile app
2. Users have access to their data no matter what device they use
3. Auto import of their bills via Excel/CSV file
4. Option to forward their bills to a provided email address and the systems will parse that email and add the bill.
5. Add the other features, from the attached documents
6. IMPORTANT – Also make it clear that this is paid service for only $10 per year and that they can cancel at anytime

Page 2: Data entry form, this is Bill Reminder app, and this is the form that will be used to create the Bills. It will have fields for Bill Name, Bill Amount, Due Date, etc. see the attached Project description

Page 3: This is a Dashboard/Profile page; this is where I am looking for the most design creativity. This is the reason that I did not just buy BootStrap theme to customize by myself, this is why I need a designer. This app is a Bill reminder and in this Dashboard, I need a simple and elegant interface that shows the user the information they need such as:
a) What Bills are due today?
b) What bills are due this week?
c) What bills are due this month?
d) What is the total amount of bills due in this period and what is the total amount I have paid already in bills for this period.
e) A couple of chart to sort the bills by category and by date
f) A button to add bills
g) Clicking on each bill brings up a pop up to mark it as Paid

PLEASE BE CREATIVE AND HELP ME OUT WITH THIS PART, THERE ARE MANY APPS THAT DO THE SAME THING AND I WANT MY APP TO STAND OUT BECAUSE OF ITS SIMPLICITY AND ELEGANCE AND ALL THE FEATURES I AM ADDING.

Part 2 - MOCKUP - (No coding, use the design above to create a Mockup)
The Mobile app is essentially the same as above, the only difference is that the Mobile app will not have the home page that explains the features as the features have already been explained in the App store. The first page with the mobile App will have 3 prominent button which are: Sign up with Facebook, or Sign up with Google or Continue without an account. Please see the Starbucks app for an idea of this concept. If the user continues he will have the same options as the Web app which are list of bills, add bill, dashboard and mark bill as paid.
