Contest Brief

I need the following two pages designed for both web and mobile versions. My website is [url removed, login to view], please follow the theme I currently have.

Gym Search - “Find a Gym” Page
This page should have an input box where my customers can input their zip code or city and state to be brought up a list of gyms in their area. Underneath this search box should be a map which is responsive to the search results, and the search results will display below the map, sorted by distance. The search should be easily refined to the type of gym, cost of the membership, distance from the inputted address, and gym’s ratings (5-star basis). The search results for each gym should appear as a logo with the information just described below the gym’s logo. The gyms should appear 3 wide on the desktop site and one after another on the mobile site. Each gym should have a rectangle with their logo at the top, gym name just beneath in bold, distance from the search criteria just below the name on the left, 5-star rating to the right, and day pass cost in large red font below this, centered.

Gym’s Page
The gym’s page should have a banner image across the top that has rotating images of the facility with a smaller circle towards the bottom left of this image with the gym’s logo inside of it. Below this will be the gym’s name and a description of the gym and it’s facilities as well as classes. At the bottom of the page should be a class schedule for the gym. There should be a sidebar on the right with the gym’s pricing, including their free trial offer first, their daily rate, and their monthly cost. Below these costs should be a button with the option to purchase a pass to the gym. Underneath this in the right sidebar will be the gym’s Yelp ratings, Google ratings, and Combined Athletics members’ ratings, one after the other. Each rating should be able to be clicked and bring you to the appropriate page to read reviews. If the reviews came from Combined Athletics (my site’s) members, it should pull up a pop-up on the screen with the reviews and the option for the member to leave a review, if signed in. Each rating from my site should have criteria for the gym’s Overall Value, Price, Cleanliness, Facilities, and Hours, each with a rating out of 5 stars.
In addition, when people click on a class from the gym’s calendar on the bottom of the page, it should bring up a popup with the class as well as it’s description.
