Contest Brief

I am looking for an Infographic that has multiple uses. I want it to be used in emails when I respond to client enquiries or leads, to make my business stand out, The infographic can also potentially be used on my website and obtaining backlinks by submitting it to sites.

I am looking for some originality so please take time with your entries. As soon as I get a couple of good designs I will change the contest to a guaranteed award. I have posted a contest before and I this is exactly what I did. I am diligent at responding to all designs with ratings and comments. I am happy to receive part designs that I can rate so you don't waste too much time with no idea of my reaction.

I have attached the sections of the Infographic and wording to be used. I welcome any comments. I am avoiding mentioning things like pricing or awards that can become out of date quickly. However in an ideal world I would like to be able to change wording once the design has been complete. Let me know if this possible and what format you will give me the design.

I appreciate contests attract people that want to get started on the site and need a good review. I promise that the winning review will receive a good review.

I would also say that in normal circumstances your entry would have won and you are a great designer. My decision was based on the red and black design having a great stylist look and fitting my branding. The other design I rated similar to yours but in the end I preferred the design to look cleaner and simpler. That is not to say their design was better. I would love to purchase your design too but can't justify it at the moment. Can you keep the design and contact me in a few months. Regards Paul

Hi Michelle, I really did appreciate your entry and I when I received your entry I expected it to win. I thought I had responded to your comments, I am really busy with the lead up to Christmas. The competition officially ended on the date I closed down and I wanted to get everything sorted before Christmas. I had a number of other good entries and the last competition I ran I had over 80 entries. It is unfortunate but I can't thank everyone personally. I appreciate that you have put a lot of work in but that is the disadvantage of a contest from a freelancer perspective.

The winning entries were very well-done and it's great that you found two entries that fit your needs best, they did a very nice job. Not sure if other highly freelancers with highly ranked submissions experienced this issue, but I am writing to express my disappointment at your failure to respond to my comments and rather abrupt decision to no longer stay in touch, particularly because you were very enthusiastic in the beginning and were asking about fees for future work. Just a friendly reminder to contest holders that everyone, even those whose work does not make your final cut, worked hard on their submissions and may not deserve your cash prize, but they do deserve to be acknowledged when they reach out to you. The infographic is for email, website and general advertising. I don't have preferred colours, My logo has red and black but I don't want to impose too much and restrict the design ideas.
