DO NOT USE the phrase "Where legends are born", this poster was simply a mock up of a possible poster image.

Other copy/images that are examples but not close to what we want for a final product, including Casey's actual photo (faded but visible) we'd like on the poster. (copy labeled ChatGPT Image April 14, 2026 is correct copy but maybe not that image), but our piece still feels amateur. I need your professional eye to refine the composition, balance the typography, and give it a cohesive Western flair. The finished poster must spotlight rodeo times, sanctioning, location, and the date & time in a way that is impossible to miss.

I’d like a lively mix of colors but a strict earth-tone palette might also be okay — think a vintage classic Western foundation punched up with accents so the artwork pops on bulletin boards and social feeds alike. Feel free to propose subtle textures, vintage-style embellishments, or modern strokes so long as the final vibe stays unmistakably Western. My late husband was unique in his style, flair, personality, talents, accomplishments, was part Native American but all cowboy.

I have one other key image that won't seem to upload and that is the one of my husband roping and would be the primary image (likely) in the poster along with his face. But perhaps we go a different direction.

There is also a new image with a bunch of belt buckles. That is the buckle for this year's rodeo and that is new to us so perhaps play off of that. ACTUAL BUCKLE IMAGE DOES NOT NEED TO BE USED. AND MULTIPLE IMAGES OF THIS WILL BE REJECTED IMMEDIATELY AS WILL AI GENERATED IMAGES OF CASEY OR HIS TEAM ROPING. THEY ARE NOT AT ALL WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

Copy is attached along with, event imagery, logo is changing but should have the moment we start. I will need back is a polished, press-ready poster that captures the excitement of rodeo night. Timeframe says 3-30 days but would like done within by April 20th however possible.

    CH, you need to watch out, most entries are going to be AI generated, 99% AI, these scammers will post HUNDREDS of AI images each but you can spot them, watch out for them dropping all entries super fast. Keep in mind a hand crafted design takes time to create, so multiple different entries in a row is impossible. The easiest way to spot them is typing their name into 'Search Entries' so you can see their pattern of spamming and how fast they are posting entries. ALWAYS SEARCH NAMES. I can not stress this enough, every single entry you like the look of, SEARCH NAME.

    Images have to represent actual rodeo events and a lot of what's AI is just not correct in terms of rodeo events. Also, any image of Casey that is altered or AI generated, I'm just automatically rejecting. I can do this well with AI platforms. Looking for someone's actual time and energy on this. I know it's not a lot of money awarded to a winner but I'm talented enough to do most everything I'm getting in. I need his actual image placed roping and his actual portrait. Image I believe I had 11x18 but now looking for 14x22. Do NOT use actual buckle image but feather, horseshoe, guitar are elements that would be relevant to include. Just to be more clear about what we would be looking for. Appreciate everyone's time but I also don't want to waste your time on things I am absolutely not interested in or looking for.
