    I could do this in a snap - I worked as an addictions counselor for many years and taught in the area also. Can you be more specific about how to submit? I can take a screenshot I suppose. Or do you just want a summary added to the description field? There is a max of 1000 characters allowed in that field however so its not quite big enough to hold the entry you specified.
