Hey I have a question .. the points you have mentioned need to be in the same order like you have mentioned or we can change them ?? For eg. Barcode will be at the top according to your data .. or is it just mentioned for what needs to be there.

The logo I gave a touch more refined to give the impression of sophisticated, grapes give a more cheerful tone and soft contrast to the strong image of the gentleman.

  #6 character is cool, but a bit clip-art like. I can't see the bubbles working. Sort of gone backwards from #2 for emotion and feel though. #5 needs to be more about Dave, and less about wine. Overall you don't really need to present wine elements, the purchaser is in a wine shop, buying a bottle of wine. What makes the wine different has to be on the label.

  Sealing the contest does not guarantee genuine designs. Keeping it open allows other designers to spot designs copied from the web :)

  I like the approach. I think the character is a bit simple (don't want the wine to look cheap). Bubbles normally typify champaign or sparkling, but having a simple graphic element that wraps is a good idea.
