Generate a fast loading template Wordpress template

We require a menubar at the top of the screen, it should be possible for us to choose pages with 1, 2 or 3 columns.

The template should be as bare as possible, pictures, banners etc will be added at a later stage, you are though welcome to add examples as long as they can easily be removed.

We would prefer a template that resize itself according to screen size
