Wordpress web site 95% completed needs few things to be done!

Contest Brief

The wordpress web site hnfmotivation.com is almost done but we need a wordpress Guru to:

1- Make sure we can post using mobile application from wordpress using a Nexus 4 android 4.3 and any other phones (pictures doesn't load and it needs to be corrected)
2- Make the website perfectly mobile and tablet responsive, as the screens are not centered depending on handset.
3- Create a synchronization for posts with Facebook business page and be free to decide which post goes on the website and not on facebook and vice versa.
4- Minor esthetic details to add or modify as background color, 3d box post etc.
5- Logo is on website but it uses media library, we want it to be on the web site without using media library.
