Contest Brief

I need a very little WPF Sample Application.

In WinForms, I had a MDI Container Form with
a left side navigation (Explorer Bar).
Click on one item in the navigation is loading
a dll file using reflection and shows the form
in the dll as a MDI child (like a Plugin).
You can see a sample on the attached picture.

What I need now is the same, but made completely in WPF.
I expect to get two Visual Studio 2012 or 2013 C# projects:
One is representing the main MDI Container (or similar)
form with some navigation on the left side.
And the other one is a class with just one form.
Click on the navigation item loads the dll and shows
its form as MDI child (or similar). No reference of
the dll in the MDI Container project.

Dont worry about layout and design, it should just
technicaly work. Also the path to the dll can be hard-coded.
If possible, the navigation panel should be docked
to the left side. Childs should not go underneath
the navigation.

I think, for somebody with good WPF experiance, this
is a half hour job :-)

Does plugin dll must contain form, or can it contain user control?
Also This is my first contest, where do we put project files?
