Major features of the Peddler app are:
1) Invite Only (at first so that we can control growth and do not grow too quickly for our backend, also to ensure safety of users)
2) Searchable items for sale within a selectable distance range (0-100 miles) using a Geolocation feature
3) Being able to see seller ratings and purchase reviews
4) Being able to see the approximate distance in miles of the buyer/seller
5) Being able to message a buyer/seller through the app
6) Being able to pay $0.99 to promote an item using “Promo Power” which makes your item display with much more frequency for a 30-minute period in order to get the traffic to your item page that you would normally get in three days.
7) Being able to see buyers/sellers within a certain radius/distance and look at their Profile Pages and items for sale.
8) Being able to see how many times an Item Page has been viewed and how many times a Profile Page has been viewed
9) Payment Processing (this is a feature we intend to launch in the near future) that will allow users to pay for items through the app in order to reduce the risk of carrying around hundreds, or even thousands of dollars of cash for large transactions.
10) A filter that categories all items posted for sale
11) A search bar for items, users, or keywords.
12) The ability to mark an item for sale so you can come back to it
13) The ability to see in your Activity Page a) People that have seen your Items today b) People that have seen your Profile today and c) People in your Peddler Network (all active buyers/sellers within a 0-100 mile radius)
