Contest Brief

I want a draft business plan with a good structure that follows a logical order that I can update / amend or work with a freelancer to refine.

The business plan should include (but not be limited to) the following:

+ Executive summary
+ What the business is / will do
+ Proposed equity structure
+ Identification of problems / issues and how to overcome
+ Consideration of funding options
+ A timeline for completion of milestones
+ Competitor analysis
+ Financial forecasts and analysis - around set up costs.
+ Consideration of all stakeholders, including:

I am looking for a good template and good structure so that even if the freelancer cannot 100% finalize the plan, I can update myself.
