Contest Brief
Write an applescript that will search a mounted device for photos and find out which ones have not been copied previously to a folder in the pictures library named after the month and year the photos were taken and copy them into the relevant folder.
would like it delivered as a script that can be double clicked to run. Happy for it to prompt which mounted device to select from to start searching.

Hi there, can you just confirm the naming convention of backup folder names please. i.e are they named January_2013 or January 2013 or 2013_January or 2013 January. Thanks

use command line rsync to do the job, it keeps track of what is copied and resumes if needed.
